Our founder: Francis Hoang, was born and raised in China. She came to the US as a teenager, completed her Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University, and worked for more than 10 years where she gained experience and insight in sales, recruitment and supply chain services in the US. In 2008, an opportunity brought her family back to China, where she worked and lived in Shanghai for nine years. During these nine years, she worked for European companies and further advanced her career in general management for the consulting and recruiting industry. Francis has a deep understanding of doing business in China, Europe & the US, as well as the cultural, educational and behavioral differences in these regions. Today Francis lives and works in between China and the USA.
我们的创始人：黄越，年少时随家人移居美国。毕业于加州圣地亚哥州立大学，并且在美国工作了10多年，取得了销售，招聘和供应链服务方面的经验。2008年，一个机会将她和家人带回了中国，她在上海工作和生活了9年。在这九年中，她服务于在华的欧洲企业，并进一步加深了她在咨询和招聘行业中的资历。她充分了解中国，美国和欧洲之间的商业运作，文化差异，深切体会这些地区的不同的行为规范，在招聘和咨询行业具备丰富的销售、运营、管理和活动策划能力。今天黄越在中美两地之间生活和工作。
